SPR# MLOT5DTLUV - Fixed a Router logging bug. When verbose logging is enabled, certain Router settings (SMTPAdministrator, Administrator, and SMTPAddItems) are logged as changed values when they in fact have not changed. This fix correctly identifies when they change values and only logs a message at that time.
